In addition, the entire statement by the newly elected president.

“We are not here to just talk about the problems of the past – but to look ahead, towards a new vision and strategy for Macedonian football. The Football Federation of Macedonia has an obligation to set a clear direction, to create a system that will guarantee long-term development and restore trust among all who are part of this sport.

Our vision is clear: Strong, organized and competitive Macedonian football at all levels.

Youth categories that will be the foundation of future successes;

Modern infrastructure that will allow football players to progress;

A federation that works transparently, professionally and in the interest of football;

We are working on a new general strategy: A plan for the future!

Without strong young categories, there is no future. We will invest in better conditions for training, talent selection and coach education. Our goal is to create young football players who will once again be competitive in European qualifiers.

In this regard, one of the important things is the creation of a scouting system within our federation that will have a single goal: all Macedonian talents from abroad to have one choice – the Macedonian jersey.

Improving the infrastructure

Football cannot progress without quality pitches. We will invest in the construction and modernization of pitches throughout Macedonia and training centers, with realistic projects and a clear financial strategy.

Financial stability and transparency

Every single denar(Macedonian currency) in the federation will be invested in real projects. The time of unproductive spending is over – the money will go where it is needed most. I am coming to this position as a former footballer and successful businessman, football has given me enough, it is time to give back for the common good.

Support for clubs

Clubs are the lifeblood of football. The new strategy provides financial and professional assistance for specific programs, to help them grow and progress. To be competitive in European competitions or at least at a higher level than what we have today.

Improvement of interpersonal relations and professionalism

The Federation must be a model of professionalism, transparency and efficiency. We will build a culture of cooperation, respect and clear responsibilities.

The Football Federation will provide full logistical, expert and financial support for the two most important national teams – the A national team and the U-21 national team. After all, the national teams from the youngest age to the best national team will be equally important to us.

The A national team is the face of Macedonian football, our greatest ambassador on the international stage. We will do everything to ensure that they have the best conditions for preparation and support for major competitions.

The U-21 national team is our future – they are the players who will lead the A national team in the years to come.
Therefore, we will invest in their development, provide them with top training conditions, better coordination with clubs and opportunities for international experience.

A very important part of the new Strategy will be the complete reform of the structure of the Municipal Football Unions and the reform of the organizational structure of the Football Federation of Macedonia.

We will work on this extremely important reform of the Municipal Football Unions in cooperation and under the full monitoring of UEFA. By checking the legitimacy of the clubs that play in the Municipal Football Unions, we will also determine the legitimacy of the Municipal Unions themselves. We must have a clear picture of which clubs participate in the organized system of the Municipal Unions, and then in the FFM competitions.

This is not just my vision – this is our common mission. Only with honest work and a clear plan, we can elevate Macedonian football to the level that we all desire.

It is time for a new beginning. It is time for results.

Let’s move forward – for the good of Macedonian football!
