Macedonian internationals performances (17-20.03.2023)

Stefan Ristovski, Vlatko Drobarov, Ilirid Ademi and Remzifaik Selmani goals this past weekend, while Aleksandar Trajkovski, Valon Ethemi and Daniel Avramovski assisted.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Bylis – Tirana 1:1
Aleksandar Damchevski scored an unfortunate own goal in the last minutes of the match as him and Mevlan Adili played the full match as Bylis’ CB duo. For Tirana, captain Filip Najdovski played the 90 minutes as well, Kristijan Toshevski made the start and got taken off after 69 minutes, while Besir Iseni did not get summoned.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Erzeni – Kukësi 1:1
Ilirid Ademi opened the score of the match in the 27th minute, giving Erzeni a lead that lasted all the way till the stoppage time when Kukësi pulled a late equalizer. This was his second goal of the season, as he played another full 90 minutes, as did his teammate Ardit Iljazi. Unlike them, Djelil Asani and Nehar Sadiki did not make the bench, while Florijan Kadriu got introduced in the 72nd minute. For the visiting side, both Jakup Berisha and Antonio Ilieski spent the entire match on the bench.

Remzifaik Selmani scored his first goal in Albania as he hit the net right before the end of the first halftime to give Partizani a 3:1 lead. He went on to play for 63 minutes, while his teammates David Atanaskoski and Bekim Redjepi played the full match, whereas Sabit Bilali joined them on the field in the 76th minute.

Matthew Bozhinovski was once again out of the squad by the hosts.

Stefan Cholakovski did not make the matchday squad for Perth Glory, despite there being free spot since his club entered the game with only 6 players on the bench.

Daniel Avramovski played from the 78th minute for Sarajevo and five minutes later he had the assist for his teams third goal of the game.

Vlatko Drobarov had a great comeback at his new-old club in Bulgaria, as he scored a goal in his first appearance after returning to Cherno More. Furthermore, the centre back also helped his team keep a clean sheet as he played the full match against Septemvri. For the opponents, Konstantin Cheshmedjiev also played the full 90 minutes, Martin Stojanov made the start and got taken off in the 71st minute, while Vlatko Stojanovski is still awaiting his debut for his new club in Bulgaria.

After 13 years with Dinamo, captain Arijan Ademi bid his farewell to the fans as he played his last match for the club before transfering to Beijing Guoan. The Bad Blue Boys created as special coreography in Ademi’s honour, but it was Stefan Ristovski who made sure Ademi departs with a victory as he scored the lone goal of the match in the 66th minute to bring Dinamo a win over their big rival Rijeka. Only 9 minutes prior to the goal, Stefan also struck the post as well.

Agon Elezi played the full match for the winning side, while Dimitar Mitrovski joined him on the field in the 78th minute.
