The third league group East played a midweek round with which eventually the season got concluded and Osogovo lifted the trophy for winning the first place.

Everything was already settled in the East so the remaining round served only for entertainment. Malesh and Bregalbnica played an interesting match with four goals, while champions Osogovo celebrated the trophy in front of an empty stadium due to a sanctions for an incident in the previous rounds.
Osogovo earned promotion and next season will participate in the 2.MFL East, both teams that quit the league in mid-season have been relegated.
