Teteks won its first Cup title after defeating Rabotnichki with 3:2 in the 2009/10 Macedonian Cup final played in Skopje. The match was surrounded by controversy as Rabotnichki couple of days before the match reported in police that its players got several death threats by phone in order not to win the final.
