Veteran coach Vlatko Kostov has been named the new manager of struggling side Bregalnica.

Vlatko Kostov is a Shtip native who is well liked by fans of his hometown club Bregalnica. He suited up for Bregalnica as a player and also managed the club more than a decade ago. This appointment will mark a return for Kostov who will be tasked to help the club avoid relegation.

Bregalnica currently sits second from bottom on the standings at the conclusion of the 1st half of the season. The club has only compiled 13 points from the opening 17 rounds.
