Vlatko Kostov is no longer the manager of Renova after he decided to resign following the first game of the season.

Following the 1:1 home draw against Napredok in the first round of the 2012/13 Macedonian First League, manager Vlatko Kostov has decided to resign as Renova manager.  He will no longer lead the club that won the domestic cup title last season and participated in the Europa League qualifications earlier in the summer.  The resigning was rather surprising as neither Kostov nor Renova announced the reason behind the move.  Renova has yet to announce a replacement but that will happen over the next couple of days as the club’s next game is this Saturday when they visit Teteks.
