Recent youth national teams matches

Several youth national teams have played friendly matches in recent days.

Macedonian U18 national team hosted Polish U18 national team in Strumica and played two friendly matches, on 11.09 and 13.09. Manager Goran Petreski had, interestingly, chosen the same line-up for both matches and introduced the same players from the bench. In the first match Macedonia won 1:0 with Demir Imeri’s goal in 15th minute fron penalty kick, while in the second match Poland returned the favor with a 0:1 win in dying minutes.

Macedonia U18 played with the following line-up: Igor Aleksovski, Kire Markoski, Stefan Trajkovikj, Jordancho Naumoski, Viktor Talevski, Mentor Sulejmani, Demir Imeri, Enis Bardi, Filip Zlatanov, Bojan Spirkoski, Dimitar Ivanov. Marjan Radevski, Muhamed Ziberi, Mario Nastevski, Gjorgji Stoilov, Edis Maliki and Edis Mustafa also took part in both matches.

Meanwhile, Macedonian U16 national team is visiting Hungary for two friendly matches against their counterparts. The first one was played two days ago and ended 1:1 while the next one is scheduled for today. Macedonia’s goal on the first match was scored by Petar Petkovski in 69th minute.

Macedonia U16 played with the following line-up: Bobi Celeski, Slobodan Bocevski (67′ Ivo Naumoski), Sabahudin Alomerovikj, Stefan Jevtoski, Ivan Gjorgjievski, Darko Digalovski, Boban Georgiev (62′ Daniel Lazarovski), Valentin Kochoski (63′ Filip Gichevski), Petar Petkovski, Martin Mirchevski, Martin Hristov (49′ Kristijan Stojmenov). Unused subs: Dimitar Gjorgiev, Kurt Redjep and Stefan Lazarevikj.
