Macedonian internationals performances (19-22.07.2019)

Stefan Ashkovski and Zoran Danoski netted one goal each for their respective teams, while Dejan Iliev finally made his debut in senior professional football at the age of 24.

Bosnia-Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Sarajevo – Zrinjski 1:0
Krste Velkoski captained Sarajevo in a minimal but important win against big rival Zrinjski, the club that earlier this week eliminated Akademija Pandev from the Europa League qualifications with an aggregate score of 6:0.

Bulgaria, Parva Liga, Tsarsko Selo – Arda 0:0
Left back Darko Glishikj played the 90 minutes for his new club Arda, who pulled a goalless away draw against Tsarsko Selo.

Bulgaria, Parva Liga, Botev (P) – Dunav Ruse 3:1
Aleksandar Isaevski played the full game for Dunav Ruse who started the new season with a 3:1 loss to Botev from Plovdiv.

Bulgaria, Parva Liga, Lokomotiv – Slavia 3:2
Darko Tasevski started for the visitors and played for 76 minutes, when he got substituted by Krastev. The result was 3:1 by the time Darko left the game.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Dinamo – Lokomotiva 3:0
Arijan Ademi served as captain for Dinamo and played the full match in the comfortable win against Lokomotiva.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Hajduk – Istra 2:0
Agron Rufati played the full game for the visitors and also got booked in the 74th minute.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Osijek – Slaven Belupo 2:0
Muzafer Ejupi started for Slaven Belupo and played until the 90th minute when he got substituted. For the hosts, Todor Todoroski spent the entire game on the bench. Todoroski joined Osijek last winter, and after impressing with his games for the second team he got promoted to Osijek’s first team this summer.

Croatia, Hrvatski Telekom Prva Liga, Rijeka – Varaždin 2:1
Darko Velkovski did not make the matchday squad for Rijeka who had a more difficult time overcoming Varaždin than expected.

Finland, Veikkausliiga, KPV – SJK 1:2
Filip Ivanovski did not make the bench for KPV.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Botoșani – Voluntari 4:1
Stefan Ashkovski opened on the hosts left wing and played until the 73rd minute. In the 61st minute it was Stefan who netted his teams goal for the 3:1 lead. Later his team added one more goal.

Romania, Liga I Betano, Hermannstadt – Gaz Metan 0:2
Mite Cikarski started at left-back for Gaz Metan and was 90 minutes part of a defense that kept a clean sheet in the win away to Hermannstadt. Mite also received a yellow card in the 58th minute.

Serbia, SuperLiga, Crvena zvezda – Javor 2:0
Aleksa Amanovikj was all minutes on Javor’s defense as his team suffered a loss away to title holders Crvena zvezda.

Serbia, SuperLiga, Spartak – Rad 2:1
Ostoja Stjepanovikj didn’t made Rad’s matchday squad.

Serbia, SuperLiga, Radnički – Proleter 3:0
Aleksandar Todorovski played the whole game for the home side.

Serbia, SuperLiga, Mladost – Radnik 2:1
Zoran Danoski was a starter for Radnik and opened the score in the 16th minute. Unfortunately Mladost responded with two goals in the second half to win the game. Meanwhile, Zoran’s teammate’s Boban Georgiev and Nikola Bogdanovski were not called up for this encounter.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Ružomberok – Nitra 1:0
Tihomir Kostadinov began in attacking midfield for the hosts and played the entire game, while Milan Ristovski started on the visitors bench and played from the 75th minute. Tihomir’s team won thanks to a late goal in the 3rd minute of stoppage time.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, ViOn – Dunajská Streda 1:2
Tomche Grozdanovski played all minutes for the home team and collected a yellow card in the 11th minute. His team opened the score in the first half, but eventually lost the game.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Zemplín – Žilina 0:3
Enis Fazlagikj played the entire game in the visitors midfield.

Slovakia, Fortuna Liga, Spartak – Sereď 2:0
Dejan Iliev was Sereď’s starting goalie and conceded two goals in his debut in Slovakia. Meanwhile, Sereď’s coach Slavcho Vojneski is also from Macedonia.

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Norrköping – Östersund 3:0
David Mitov Nilsson spent all minutes on Norrköping’s bench as he was the reserve goalkeeper. He requested to make a transfer in order to return between the posts, but the club’s board so far denied his wish.
