Gjore Jovanovski to lead Metalurg

Gjore JovanovskiEven though couple of months ago Jovanovski stated that he will not be involved in the Macedonian football in the next few years because of the disappointment by Rabotnicki and Milano, he got an offer from Metalurg that he can't refuse.

Gjore Jovanovski, one of the coaches with most trophies won in Macedonia with five league and two cup titles, takes over struggling Metelurg. The newly promoted club Metalurg had bad start and after eight played rounds they've won only five points. This was the reason for the resignation of Baze Lazarevski. The football club from Zelezarnica, backed by their mighty sponsor Minco Jordanov and his company "Makstil" didn't had much problems to find better replacement on the coaching position. Jovanovski signed 1,5 years-long contract and in that period he will help the club to secure the survival in the league for this season and create a strong team for the next season.

In his career, Gjore Jovanovski coached the Macedonian clubs Sloga Jugomagnat, Vardar, Rabotnicki, and Milano, Turkish club Samsunspor and also the Macedonian national team.
