* From next season all 3rd Leagues will feature 12 teams, so this season will see more teams get relegated. Also, the correct number of relegated teams will be known after the conclusion of the Second League as it depends how many teams from there will be relegated into each third league. Currently in the Second League, there are 5 teams that in case of relegation will join the West (Drita, Rufeja, Teteks, Vrapchishte and Zajazi).
