Leaders Akademija Pandev needed 65 minutes to break the bunker od Vardar from Negotino, but after their first goal they added another to confirm the new 3 points. Since Novaci lost, the academy extended their lead with 6 points away from now second-placed Skopje.

Novaci ended its great run without defeat that lasted from Round 2. It was Gorno Lisiche who managed to collect the points away in the village of Novaci thanks to the lone goal by Chavoli. The fans of Teteks were hopping that their team could get some points from the home game against Metalurg, but at the end they were left empty handed. Teodor Fidanoski scored the winner eight minute from time and three minutes later picked up his second yellow allowing Teteks to put everything in the attack, but luckily for Metalurg the hosts failed to score.

In the 69th minute Albulen Imeri was shown the red card due to two yellow cards, which prevented Vlazrimi 77 to try and score a winner.
