Same as last year and like many editions before, the tournament will be played using the Italian system. The participating clubs will face each other in a match that will last only 45 minutes. Three points will be awarded for a win, 1 for a draw. However, if a match ends in draw, penalties will decide which team will grab an extra point. The team with most points will be proclaimed winner of 2019 “Vuko Karov”. A best player of the tournament will be chosen as well. All matches will be played at the Gradski stadium in Kavadarci.
For both Belasica and Rabotnichki this will be their debut appearance at this tournament having not participated in any of the previous 19 editions. Hosts Tikvesh will be looking for their only second trophy.
