Weekend internationals performances

Sasa Ognenovski and his team are eliminated from the Club World Cup in Japan, Goran Pandev had a good match and helped Lazio to come back from three goals down, Goran Popov continues with the good form in Holland, while Mattersburg is sinking in Austria along with Sedloski and Naumoski.

Macedonian internationals performances

Only a few internationals played this weekend as many of the leagues around Europe are on a winter break. Boban Grncarov managed to score two goals, an own goal and a regular goal. Goran Pandev and Nikolce Noveski got injuries, while Zlatko Tanevski went on a winter break as a table leader in Poland.

Only Ivan Trickovski, Stevica Ristic and Muharem Bajrami scored this weekend. Vanco Trajanov was red carded in Bulgaria, Nuri Mustafi and Nuredin Bakiu got relegated with their teams in Sweden, Kemal Alomerovik assisted, while Velice Sumulikoski and Vlade Lazarevski are taking back their places into the first eleven.

Fifth goal for Goran Pandev in the Serie A this season. This time he scored against Chievo away. Nikolce Noveski got a red card in the 2. Bundesliga, Goce Sedloski got a lessons against a third league amateurs, while Vlade Lazarevski played a whole match after a while.

Good weekend for the Macedonian internationals. Most of them played for their teams and some scored goals like Slavco Georgievski who managed to score twice and Goran Maznov, Aco Stojkov, Filip Ivanovski, Muharem Bajrami, Goran Stankovski and Mensur Kurtisi who scored one goal each.

Macedonian internationals had a busy week because the national cups were active in many European countries. Dragan Cadikovski and Ivan Trickovski scored in the Serbian Cup, Nikola Karcev got a red card in the Russian Cup, while Goran Pandev and Ilco Naumoski scored for their teams in the domestic leagues.

Few Macedonians played in the European Cups this days with Orhan Mustafi beeing the only one in the Champions League. The others in the UEFA Cup and in the leagues across Europe like Nikolce Noveski and Aleksandar Mitreski who faced eachother in the 2. Bundesliga.
