Gjoko Cvetanovski Riste Naumov scored again for Viktoria just three minutes after he got in the game. Gjoko Hadzievski started the new season in Azerbaijan with a hard 1:0 win with a goal in the 92nd minute, while goalkeeper Aleksandar Alcinov had a nightmare match in Latvia in which he received seven goals.

Coach Gjoko Hadzievski started the new season with a hardly earned home victory. Both strikers Gjorgji Hristov and Dragan Nacevski played from the beggining, but none of them was the scorer of the late goal.
