The current national team first choice keeper announced that he will leave Gimnàstic this summer, but he had problems finding a new club. After many rumors he eventually ends up in Rayo Vallecano, the team that last season played against him in the Spanish second league where they finished first and got promoted. They are located in Madrid’s neighborhood of Vallecas.

Stole will now have a chance to play in one of the best league in the world, the popular La Liga. But, to earn the place between the posts he will fight with the team’s vice-captain Alberto García Cabrera who this summer signed a 3-year long contract. Dimitrievski is loaned to Rayo with an option for permanent transfer after the end of the season.

Rayo should have welcomed Athletic Bilbao today, but the game got postponed due to technical problems at the Campo de Fútbol de Vallecas, Stole’s new home. He will have a chance to make his debut after the national team break when Rayo visits Huesca on the 14th.
