Spanish national team coach Julen Lopetegui summoned 25 players for the upcoming World Cup qualifying game against Macedonia in Skopje.
Spain will visit Macedonia on June 11 at the National Arena Philip II of Macedon in Skopje as part of the Round 6 in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying Group G. Few days earlier, Spain will play a friendly against Colombia. For these two games coach Julen Lopetegui called up 25 players among which two debutants in
keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga and defensive midfielder Asier Illarramendi.
If Spain were missing key players like Sergio Ramos, Gerard Piqué, Jordi Alba and Andrés Iniesta in the previous clash with Macedonia that ended in a 4:0 win, now all of these players will come to Skopje. We can’t be wrong if we say that Spain will come with their best possible squad.
These are the 25 players summoned by Lopetegui:
David De Gea – Manchester United
José “Pepe” Reina – Napoli
Kepa Arrizabalaga – Athletic Bilbao
Sergio Ramos – Real Madrid
Gerard Piqué – Barcelona
Jordi Alba – Barcelona
Nacho Monreal – Arsenal
César Azpilicueta – Chelsea
Dani Carvajal – Real Madrid
Nacho Fernández – Real Madrid
Sergi Roberto – Barcelona
Andrés Iniesta – Barcelona
David Silva – Manchester City
Sergio Busquets – Barcelona
Koke Resurrección – Atlético Madrid
Thiago Alcántara – Bayern München
Isco Alarcón – Real Madrid
Marco Asensio – Real Madrid
Asier Illarramendi – Real Sociedad
Pedro Rodríguez – Chelsea
Álvaro Morata – Real Madrid
Vitolo Machín – Sevilla
Diego Costa – Chelsea
Iago Aspas – Celta

Three of these players will face Macedonia at the 2017 U21 EURO later in June. Those are Kepa Arrizabalaga, Marco Asensio and Gerard Deulofeu.
