Promotion favorites Vardari scored nine goals past former first league side Drita. They were eager to win this game as their rivals Gench Kalemler Sport was idle this round due to having played a game more. With this three points now Vardari are alone at the top.
With just one round left, the winner will be decided in the last round in a direct clash between the top two teams. Second-placed Gench Kalemler Sport will have the home field advantage and will look for a win to tie Vardari on points. In case if the two end up having equal points, their head to head record will decide the champion. The first game in Forino ended with a 1:0 win for Vardari. If the game ends with the same result, the overall goal-difference will break the tie. Because Vardari has the better goal-difference, under these circumstances they will celebrate promotion even with a defeat, but only if it’s by one goal. If Gench wins by more than one goal, they will be the ones heading to the second league.

The one match that wasn’t played in the group East on Sunday was rescheduled for today. However, Malesh did not travel to Sveti Nikole and the game again wasn’t played. Briefly after the kick-off on Sunday, the visitors reported irregularities in the organization by the hosts which were accepted by the match officials. Malesh was asking for green table points, something that did not happen, so in a protest they didn’t show up today.
