Macedonian internationals performances

Goran Pandev scored and beat his former Lazio, Sedat Berisha scored in Albania, Mite Cikarski debuted for PAS Giannina, Fisnik Zuka provided an assist for Flamurtari, while keeper Stole Dimitrievski kept a clean sheet.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Kukësi – Flamurtari 1:1
With Artim Polozhani, Goran Siljanovski, Muhamed Useini and Fisnik Zuka four internationals from Macedonia started for Flamurtari, while Muarem Muarem still waits for his debut. Zuka was involved in his teams opener as he provided the corner before the goal in the 41st minute. Moreover, Siljanovski and Polozhani were booked with yellow cards. The former in the 2nd minute, the latter in the 83rd minute. Eventually the away game ended in a draw.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Partizani – Kamza 2:1
Egzon Belica made the start in central defense for Partizani and played the entire game, while his teammates Emran Ramadani and Alban Sulejmani didn’t play. For the visitors Demir Imeri began in attack and lasted all minutes on the pitch.

Bojan Gjorgievski began at right-back for Teuta, while his teammate Burhan Mustafov didn’t play.

Albania, Kategoria Superiore, Vllaznia – Skënderbeu 1:4
Sedat Berisha started in defense for Vllaznia and even scored the opener in the 6th minute when he headed home a cross, but the visitors responded with four unanswered goals to beat Vllaznia on the road.

Daniel Georgievski wasn’t part of Newcastle’s squad.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Club Brugge – Charleroi 3:3
Gjoko Zajkov opened in central defense for Charleroi and played all minutes in the high scoring draw away to Club Brugge.

Belgium, Proximus League, OH Leuven – Cercle 2:2
After long time without game time Jovan Kostovski made a late substitute appearance for Leuven. Jovan came off the bench in the 83rd minute to strengthen the offense as his team was one goal down and it worked out in the 4th minute of stoppage time when the hosts netted the equalizer.

England, Championship, Leeds United – Cardiff 1:4
Ezgjan Alioski played the whole match for the home side and had couple of opportunities but was unable to help his team avoid a big defeat.

Greece, Souroti Souper Ligka, PAS Giannina – PAOK 1:3
Mite Cikarski made his debut for the home side when he replaced Themistoklis Tzimopoulos in the 69th minute.

Israel, Ligat Winner, Hapoel Haifa – Bnei Sakhnin 1:0
Risto Mitrevski played the full game in midfield for Hapoel and picked up a yellow card in the 67th minute for a foul.

Italy, Serie A, Lazio – Genoa 1:2
Goran Pandev started and brought the lead to Genoa ten minutes into the second half. He was taken out 3 minutes before the end as Daniel Bessa came in. Of course, the Lazio fans booed him on his way out as once again he celebrated a goal against his former team as against his worst enemy. This was his 5th league goal against the Biancocelesti. Genoa scored a winner in the injury time to get important 3 points in the battle for avoiding relegation.

Under a rainy weather both Ilija Nestorovski and Aleksandar Trajkovski played the whole game in which their team suffered a devastating defeat by the direct promotion rivals. Ile came close to scoring twice, first on free kick and later with a header following a corner.

Netherlands, Eredivisie, Heerenveen – Twente 1:1
Nikola Gjorgjev wasn’t summoned by the visiting team.

Netherlands, Eerste Divisie, Almere – Dordrecht 1:2
Both Denis Mahmudov and Antonio Stankov played the whole game and celebrated a road win.

Netherlands, Eerste Divisie, Volendam – Fortuna 2:0
Stefan Ashkovski watched the game from the visitors’ bench.

Portugal, Liga NOS, Estoril – Sporting 2:0
Stefan Ristovski was an unused substitute. His team suffered a surprising defeat by a relegation struggling team and lost the leading position falling to third place.

Enis Bardhi watched the game from Levante’s bench.

Spain, Segunda División, Gimnàstic – Cádiz 0:0
Stole Dimitrievski was Nàstic’s starting goalkeeper and he kept a clean sheet in their home draw.
