The draw for the semi finals of the Macedonian Cup was made by the Football Federation of Macedonia.

Current Macedonian Cup holders, Teteks will probably have the easiest tasks as they got the second league side Tikvesh as their opponent. In the other duel, Metalurg will face Napredok. The first matches will be played on 06/04/2010 and the second leg matches are scheduled for 04/05/2010.
