Pelister had a 1:0 lead for 80 minutes in Bitola against Shkendija, but eventually had to give up the points. The Bitola team took the lead through Lucas Cardoso when he headed a ball home after a perfect cross by his teammate and compatriot Fernando Augusto. In the second half, however, Pelister retreated in their own half and Shkendija pushed forward. There were several chances in a row for the visiting team and in the 83rd minute Hasani broke the opposition defense. Within 60 seconds, Shkendija was already leading. In the very next attack, once again the visiting players organized good attack and scored past Pashovski, this time former Pelister player Stênio Júnior being the scorer.

Vardar won easier than expected in Kratovo. Sileks was no match for the reigning champions and Vardar celebrated a 1:3 win. Spirovski opened the scoreline with an amazing free-kick goal. Juan Felipe doubled the lead when he successfully converted a penalty for Vardar, while Sileks keeper will certainly have nightmares from free-kicks as Kojašević scored Vardar's third goal also from a free-kick. Former Vardar man Andrej Acevski scored the consolation goal for the hosts.

In Tetovo, Pobeda managed to get a point from the match against Renova. Central defender Visar Musliu has scored an own goal to give Pobeda a 0:1 lead but on the very start of the second half Djelil Abdula scored and set the final score of 1:1.

Shkupi celebrated an important away win when they defeated Makedonija Gjorche Petrov 0:1. Aliou Traoré was the scorer of the only goal of the game.
