Shkendija handed Vardar its first loss of the seasonShkendija handed Vardar its first loss of the seasonVardar lost its first game of the season against Shkendija, Metalurg stayed in second place with a win over Bregalnica, while Ohrid was officially relegated to the Second League.

After going the opening 31 rounds without a defeat, Vardar is no longer undefeated after the 0:1 road loss against Shkendija in Tetovo.  The lone goal of the game was scored by Ilir Elmazovski just after the start of the 2nd half to hand this year's league champions their first blemish on a great season.

Rabotnichki and Teteks shared the points in a goalless draw in Skopje.  That result was enough for Teteks to avoid direct relegation and occupy a place that leads to the promotion/relegation playoff.

Renova cemented fourth place by demolishing Napredok 5:0 in Bogovinje.  A brace by Muharem Bajrami and one goal apiece by Goran Siljanovski, Sashko Ristov and Marjan Andonov brought Renova the comfortable win, and the club ensured a fourth place finish.

Sileks also noted a convincing win over Ohrid to send its opponents to the Second League.  The final score was 5:2 with Stojan Nasevski (twice) and Miroslav Atleski, Gjorgji Zarevski and Angel Nacev netting the goals for Sileks, while Igor Klechkaroski and Dean Tomeski scored the consolation goals for the visitors.  After only one season in the First League, Ohrid is headed back to the second division.

Metalurg won 2:1 over Bregalnica Shtip to remain in second place, just one point ahead of Shkendija.  Cvetan Churlinov scored both goals for Metalurg in the second half, while Martin Shishkov only managed to reduce the deficit in the 87th minute to complete the scoreline.

Last placed 11 Oktomvri lost once again, this time to Horizont Turnovo at home.  After initially taking the lead with Vladimir Petreski's goal in the 38th minute, 11 Oktomvri could not hold as they conceded the equalizer five minutes later thanks to Dragan Gjorgiev before striker Saša Popin then scored the game winner for the visitors in the 68th minute.
