The management of the Football Federation of Macedonia confirmed the contract extension that will allow coach Igor Angelovski to lead Macedonia on the European Championship.

Angelovski’s contract with FFM expired at the end of 2020, but after taking Macedonia to the first ever major football competition, it was expected that his contract will be extended, which was confirmed today.

Angelovski will lead the Macedonian national team at the beginning of the FIFA World Cup 2022 qualifiers and the UEFA EURO 2020.
