All eight matches took place today in which two got decided on penalties. No second league side managed to advance.

The biggest loser today in the team of Pelister. They had a 2:0 lead away at Renova’s when a home played got dent-off. Than, despite playing with 10 men Renova scored two late goals and took the match into penalties where they celebrated a win.
Vardar got eliminated by Akademija Pandev with a lone stoppage goal score by one of their players who left the club this summer.
Makedonija GjP and Shkupi had no troubles with second league sides Sasa and Kozhuf. Both celebrated high wins. Unlike them, Shkendija needed a penalty goal, while Belasica also won by a single goal, both against other second league sides Gostivar and Bregalnica.
Struga and Rabotnichki played a goalless draw that had to be decided on penalties. Rabotnichki took a 2:0 lead after the opening two series, but than missed three penalties and faced elimination. Home keeper Uroš Đurić was the hero.
Sileks celebrated in Gevgelija to make the elimination of the second league participants complete.
