2.MFL overview of Round 4

The team of Novaci; photo: tec / FK NovaciFirst wins for Novaci and Tikvesh, Skopje escaped a defeated in the dying moments, Akademija Pandev won to take over the top, while Metalurg surprised Vardar.

In the first three rounds the team of Novaci recorded two draws and one defeat without scoring a single goal. Now they managed to score 5 in the net of the unlucky team of Vlazrimi 77 whose players will have nightmares from this match for a long time. Hero wsa Aleksandar Nedanoski who celebrated a hat-trick.


Skopje was the lone perfect team after three rounds. Today they welcomed the team of Turnovo who’s previous games all ended in a goalless draw. Big blow for the leaders happened in the second minute of the injury time before the break when keeper Hristijan Stevkovski was sent off. The visitors eventually broke the home defense only 10 minutes from time when they scored the what seemed like a winner, but even with a player down the home side managed to take a point with a very, very late goal.

Tikvesh so far was dead last without points, but seems like the national team break came in the right time as today they celebrated their first points in the 2:1 come from behind win over Gorno Lisiche.

The team of Teteks was no match for newcomers Akademija Pandev who recorded a comfortable win and thanks to the defeat of Skopje took over the table top.

Vardar from Negotino disappointed its fans with a surprising home defeat by Metalurg. The visitors scored in the last moments before the break, while Vardar equalized some 15 minutes into the second half. When everyone thought that Vardar would go for the 3 points, just the very next minute Metalurg once again took the lead.
