A midweek round after a while in the macedonian championship. Makedonija will host Rabotnicki as the round-derby . All the matches will start on Wednesday at 13.00 CET.
Table-leaders Makedonija Gjorche Petrov will host Rabotnicki. The last time these two met we saw a great match with 6 goals - 3 on each side. Makedonija had a 2 goals lead back then at first, than a goal advantage and a player more but at the end it was 3-3. We should expect a similar match tomorrow again, but this time the hosts must be considered as favorites. Great matches at home and a totally deserved first place - however, match will not be won by itself. Worth seeing this derby. Renova will host Pobeda in Ohrid. Despite they won't play at home - Renova are real favorites for this match. They have won 4 of the last 5 matches against Pobeda, the last 3 without an exception. Since Vardar are free in this round, this match can be Renova's chance for reaching the top as they are only 3 points behind first-placed Makedonija. Pobeda are also in the upper part of the table but still far from the top places. Pelister will visit Turnovo Horizont. So far, these two teams have met three times (once in the league and twice in the cup) and three times Pelister won. However, Pelister still haven't solved the coach question and furthermore their captain Mile Dimov has left the club and signed for second-league side Shkendija. So far, on 5 matches, no team has managed to return from Turnovo with 3 points. This is another fact that this match should be exciting. At the bottom of the table, Napredok will host Metalurg. Metalurg are still to win under their new coach Gjore Jovanovski while Napredok after a slow start started to speed up the tempo and won some very important points. In the last round they've returned with a point from a trip to Gradski in Skopje against Rabotnicki. Metalurg, on the other hand, lost at home against weak visitors Milano. Very important match for both teams - this one will be. Despite the 'problems' with Milano's management it seems like the players are not affected. That is why they should be clear favorites when they take on Sileks tomorrow. Milano is the most offensive team when playing at home and so far they've managed to score 19 goals, while Sileks have not won a match as visitors. Vardar will be free in this round.
