Astibo - Filip II 2:0
Bregalnica Delcevo - Osogovo 0:0
Mladost Murtino - Vasilevo 2:3
Mladost Orizari - Males 3:0 awarded because the away players attacked the referee in the 37th minute while the result was still 0:0
Plackovica - Karbinci 1:1
Zletovica - Zrnovka 2:1
Mak-Meso, Rudar and Tiverija were free.
