Macedonia made a new record at the FIFA ranking list that was released today. The previous record of 49th place is now beaten by the newest as the Macedonians found themselfs at the 46th place leaving behind national teams like Belgium, South Korea, Tunisia, Hungary, Senegal and Iran.
The matches against Scotland and Netherlands brought Macedonia 118 points more than the last ranking that was relesed on September the 3rd. The victory over Scotland was decisive for this huge jump of 10 places as last month Macedonia was placed at the 56th place. Now, with 637 points, Macedonia is placed on the 46th place, which is a record because Macedonia had never gone further than the 49th place recorded in March 2007. ... 41. Guinea 670 42.
