 Kozuf from Gevgelija and Novaci from the same-named village near Bitola are the new 2nd League teams, while Lokomotiva managed to stay in the league for one more season after beating Osogovo from Kocani in a triller match with 3:2 on penalties. Here are the actual results:

Lokomotiva - Osogovo 2:2 (3:2 on penalties) 3rd League South champion, FK Kozuf Gevgelija beat the champion of the 3rd League West, FK Ljuboten Tetovo with 3:1. Kozuf managed to gain promotion after they won in their second play-off match since few seasons ago they lost from FK Teteks Tetovo. The champion of the 3rd League South-West, FK Novaci is back in 2nd League after they were relegated two seasons ago. FK Lepenec Bardovci have never played in a higher league than 3rd and this was their debut in the play-offs but they didn't managed to write a new page in their club's history. The 14th placed team in the 2nd League, FK Lokomotiva Skopje, beat 3rd League East champion FK Osogovo Kocani on penalties. The most interesting match ended 1:1 after 90 minutes and continued on extra time. Osogovo took the lead but Lokomotiva managed to equal the result and to bring the match into penalty kicks. The 2nd League team was luckier than tne 3rd League East champion winning with 3:2. 14 out of 16 teams that will play in the 2nd League next season are known. The rest will be know tomorrow when the two play-offs for the 1st League will be played. The winners of Sileks - Belasica and Bashkimi - Miravci will play in the 1st League, while the losers will play in the 2nd League next season. Ljuboten, Lepenec and Osogovo will continue playing in their 3rd Leagues next season.
