FFMThe Macedonian football federation made the draw for the promotions and relegations for the first and second Macedonian league. Sileks will play against Belasica in Skopje, while Bashkimi and Miravci will play in Bitola.

As 9th and 10th placed in the Macedonian first league, Sileks and Bashkimi will face 3rd and 4th placed Belasica and Miravci from the second Macedonian league.

Bitola - Tumbe Kafe stadium Bashkimi - Miravci

From the Macedonian second league, Ilinden Velmej, Vlazrimi Kicevo, Karaorman Struga and Bregalnica Stip are directly relegated. Lokomotiva Skopje will play in the playouts against the champions from the 5 third leagues.
