 The 2nd Macedonian League season 2007/2008 has ended. Belasica got the last place of the play-offs for the 1st League although they lost away to Lokomotiva. Bregalnica Stip is relegated, while Lokomotiva will have to go into the play-out and play against a 3rd league team for surviving.

Turnovo is the champion of the League and together with second placed Metalurg will play next season in the 1st League. Miravci and Belasica will go into the play-offs for the 1st League. Miravci will play against Bashkimi, while Belasica will face Sileks. Bottom-last Vlazrimi together with Karaorman and Bregalnica Stip are relegated into the 3rd Leagues, while 14th placed Lokomotiva will play a play-out against one of the 5 3rd League winners. All the play-offs and play-outs will be played as one match on a neutral ground. If there is no winner after 90 minutes, it will be played extra time. If there is still no winner, penalties will have to decide. Ilinden Velmej qut the league early after couple of rounds and next season will play in the lowest division.
