The last round of the Macedonian first league was completed after which not much things changed and after the expected results Sileks joined Bashkimi in the Play-out against the 3rd and 4th placed in the second league.

Rabotnicki Kometal Skopje - Milano Kumanovo 3:1 (2:1)
18' Pejcic 25' Jovanovic 59' Velkovski - 22' Alimi
Rabotnicki and Milano met for the 4th time this season and like in the previous duels in the league and in the cup final last week, Rabotnicki came out with the whole catch at the end of the match. The guests were weakened right from the start when the goalkeeper Madzovski was sent of in the 9th minute. Rabotnicki used the advantage and managed a sure win with the goals by Ivan Pejcic, Ivan Jovanovic and Krste Velkovski. Armend Alimi score the only goal for Milano.

Napredok Kicevo - Vardar Skopje 5:3 (2:2)
19' Arslani 33' Simjanovski 57' 62' Nicevski 78' Naumovski - 9' Ejupi 39' 90' Serafimovski
The well known organisational problems in FK Vardar once again had big effect on the final outcome on Vardar's match when in Kicevo Vardar again played with the youth squad strenghtened by Aleksandar Bajevski. Napredok who desperately needed points for avoiding the Playout used this chance and defeated Vardar in an interesting high scoring match with final 5:3 after which Vardar's youth wasn't embarrassed because of their very solid performance.

Makedonija GjP - Bashkimi 3:0 (1:0)
3' Brnjarcevski 48' Gjonbalaj 85' Kolecevski
Makedonija served the last match of their stadium suspension and hosted Bashkimi in Bitola. They needed only a point to secure their stay in the first league but with big motivation and good play they ended with the 3 points with the goals by Dragan Brnjarcevski, Malsor Gjonbalaj and Filip Kolecevski.

Sileks Kratovo - Pelister Bitola 2:1 (1:0)
15' 61' Stupic - 72' Blazevski
Sileks needed the win on their last match against Pelister and at the same time they waited for a surprise by Makedonija or Napredok. But after the results from the other matches, their win proved to be meaningless. The match was interrupt and threatened to be stopped because of the heavy rain. On the hard for playing pitch, Serbian striker Bosko Stupic scored both goals for Sileks and Dejan Blazevski for Pelister.

Cementarnica 55 Skopje - Renova Dzepciste 0:3 (0:2)
33' Emini 45' Despotovski 90' Gafuri
Relegated Cementarnica hosted Renova on a match with no meaning. Cementarnica's young players gave good resist to Renova and even missed a penalty kick. But the guests with a routine play took the points with the goals by Vulnet Emini, Vladimir Despotovski amd Argent Gafuri.

Shkendija Tetovo - Pobeda Prilep 1:5 (1:2)
16' Iseini - 17' 49' Nestorovski 25' Aceski 60' Zojceski 85' Altiparmakovski
Another match with no meaning was played in Ohrid where Shkendija hosted Pobeda because of their stadium suspension. Relegated Shkendija played with young players and were not able to stop Pobeda's strikers who were on fire and managed a big 1:5 win.
