Rabotnicki - PobedaLast year's champion Pobeda from Prilep defeated current champion Rabotnicki, while Vardar probably lost all chances for UEFA Cup with the unexpected home defeat by Makedonija GP and with Pelister's win over Milano.

Pobeda Prilep - Rabotnicki Kometal Skopje 2:0 (1:0)
40' Damevski (pen), 90' Altiparmakovski
Last year's champion Pobeda this round hosted this year's champion Rabotnicki and managed to give their only 2nd defeat this season. Pobeda needed this points for securing the avoidance of the Play-out, while Rabotnicki after winning the title in the previous round, now is focused for the 1/2 final of the Macedonian Cup this Wednesday, so this defeat was not so surprising for Rabotnicki. The hosts took the lead with the goal by Blagojce Damevski from the penalty spot in the 40th minute. In the 2nd half the guests tried to equalize the score and in the last seconds of the match even the goalkeeper Kmetovski moved towards the opponent's goal. Pobeda used this chance and Vangel Altiparmakovski scored the final goal after a fast counterattack towards the empty net.

Vardar Skopje - Makedonija GjP Skopje 0:1 (0:1)
14' Stojanovski
Vardar probably lost their chances for playing in the UEFA Cup next year after the home defeat by Makedonija GjP and the 4 points gap behind Pelister on the 3rd position. The guests furiously started the match and Aleksandar Stojanovski scored for Makedonija's lead in the 14th minute. Vardar then started attacking, especially in the 2nd half. Aleksandar Bajevski had the most serious chance in the last minutes but Makedonijs's net stayed empty.

Pelister Bitola - Milano Kumanovo 3:2 (2:1)
2' Todorovski, 25' 55' Momirovski - 4' Stojanovic 90' Ilievski
With the win over second placed Milano from Kumanovo, Pelister got very close to securing the third position. Supported by 6000 fans on "Tumbe Kafe" Pelister started attacking from the beginning and took the lead in 2nd minute with the goal by Goce Todorovski. But quickly Milano managed to equalize with the goal by Sasha Stojanovic in the 4th minute. In the rest of the match Pelister took the control and created a big lead with the goals by Igor Momirovski. Stepanovski had the chance to confirm the victory but he missed a penalty. In the last minute of the match Milan Ilievski only managed to lower the defeat for Milano.

Cementarnica 55 Skopje - Shekndija HB Tetovo 1:1 (0:0)
90' Tiago - 67' Stankovic
Cementarnica and Shkendija played a draw that was a result that wasn't wished by both sides. With this draw both teams are now on 6 points behind Bashkimi and with one step in the 2nd league. Both teams played very cautious and slow football with very few chances on both sides. Shkendija was very close to win 3 points in Kisela Voda when in the middle of the second half Serbian striker Ivan Stankovic scored for the guests, but they failed to keep the lead until the end and in the last seconds the Brazilian Tiago Rodrigues equalized the score and set the final 1:1.

Bashkimi Kumanovo - Sileks Kratovo 2:0 (0:0)
58' Zivadinovic, 87' Sali
Bashkimi won the probably most important 3 points with the win over Sileks. With this win Bashkimi probably secured a match in the Play-out. Predrag Zivadinovic scored the first goal in the 58th minute and Ersen Sali confirmed the victory before the end of the match.

Renova Dzepciste - Napredok Kicevo 0:0 (0:0)
Napredok managed to win important point away to Renova in Tetovo. Renova finally played in front of their fans after they served the suspension and had a chance to get very close to Vardar and the 4th position and a chance for Intertoto next season. But Napredok surprised the hosts and not just that they managed to hold Renova's striker, but were even close to win the 3 points. At the end, the match ended with the most unpopular result, 0:0.
