Rabotnicki had the lead over Shkendija in Tetovo with 0:1 with the goal by Boban Jancevski. Cementarnica made the biggest surprise this round by defeating the 2nd placed Milan. Dimitrovski scored the opening goal and Ristov with and own goal created the big lead for the hosts. In the last moments of the match, Stojanovic only lowered Cementarnica's lead from a penalty kick.
Sileks and Napredok played the only goalless match in this round. Sileks were counting on stopping their 4 matches losing streak with a win over their relegation rivals Napredok, but the guests managed to stop their attacks and win a point in Kratovo.
