rabotnicki makedonijaMakedonija GjP held Rabotnicki Kometal to 0:0 in the 1st leg match of the Macedonian Cup 1/2 Final, while Milano in Kumanovo as expected defeated the 2nd league side Nov Milenium from Susica with 4:0.

Rabotnicki Kometal were held on the Gradski stadium in the local "cup derby" by Makedonija GP. Makedonija' defense was successful in their attention and managed to stop Rabotnicki in the few rare chances on their goal. Makedonija will look for their chances and try to defeat Rabotnicki on their stadium in the return leg and qualify for the Macedonian Cup final and play in European competition next year.
Milano proved their role as big favourite against the 2nd league side Nov Milenium. The guests managed to defeat their goal in the 1st half until the 43rd minute when Sasko Krstev scored the opening goal. In the 2nd half, Armen Alimi, Erdogan Brando and Sasa Stojanovic scored for the big 4:0 win that will probably be enough for the return leg and winning a place in the final.

Rabotnicki Kometal - Makedonija GjP 0:0 (0:0)

Milano Kumanovo - Nov Milenium Susica 4:0 (1:0)
43' Krstev, 75' Alimi, 85' Brando, Stojanovic 90'

The 2nd leg matches will be played on 07/05/2008 at 16:30
