After 10 complete rounds of the Macedonian football championship, Rabotnicki is clear on top with 5 points advantage over rivals Vardar and 8 over Milano. That has lead to change of managers in Milano, and in the place of Bylbil Sokoli, Gjore Jovanovski has been brought in. How much can he help the team now? Round 10 has definitely been marked by the biggest derby in Macedonia - Vardar vs. Pelister. As many times in the past, this time also it has been exciting before the game which has been played on 'Gradski'
 in Skopje in the evening term. The hosts had once again shown why are favorites almost always before the beginning of this derby and managed to keep all 3 points with the goal scored by Milisavljev right before the end of the first half. That goal was enough for another victory for Vardar.

Gjore Jovanovski had an unsuccesful debut with his new club, Milano. They were visiting Makedonija Gjorche Petrov, and returned in Kumanovo with heads down. Hosts were impressive and won 3 very important points with 2 goals courtesy of Milosevic and 1 by Brnjarchevski. That left Jovanovski to hope for first success with his new club on 21st of October when Milano will be hosting Pobeda.

Rabotnicki once again confirmed their excellent form and once again returned from Kumanovo with full spoil. Although on the break it was rather equal with no goal scored by any of the teams, in the second half we saw very much one-sided game. Nderim Nedzipi scored 3 goals and Velkovski another one for another impressive victory by Rabotnicki.

What looked like a convincing win for Renova having scored 2 goals in the opening 4 minutes, turned out to be very interesting game when Napredok pulled one off. But that was all they've managed to do and the result in this game left 2-1. Renova earned 3 very important points, while Napredok is still in the dangerous zone.

Shkendija probably made the surprise of the week when they've managed to return from Prilep with a precious point. The result of that game was 1-1 and certainly the hosts weren't pleased with that as they were expecting an easy win at home.

Cementarnica 55 managed to earn at least a point at home, when Angelovski scored a goal in 84th minute. They were down by 1, but kept trying and in the end their efforts provided a result. Another important point in their battle for maintaining.

 

This way after 10 rounds, Rabotnicki is clear on top with 26 points and yet to lose, while Vardar and Milano are trying to put pressure on the leaders having 5 and 8 points less respectively. Makedonija Gjorche Petrov follows with 16 points on place 4, and Pelister, Pobeda and Renova share number 5 with 15 points each. Sileks Kratovo closes the group of teams who have two digits in their ammount of collected points so far having 13 on 8th place. Bashkimi, Cementarnica, Napredok and Shkendija are all to have enormous fight this season in order to save themselves of relegation. They are all within 5 points of reach, having 8, 6, 6 and 3 respectively. 

 

The next round will be played on 21.10.2007 due to Macedonia's national team fixture against Andora.
