Milano from Kumanovo and Cementarnica from Skopje are the teams who have already won promotions to the Macedonian First League. On 3 rounds from the end of the season in Macedonia, Milano already won the Second League and Cementarnica is on the second place. Teteks is one of the two teams who will play in the Playoff matches for the First League.
