Borec beat Bregalnica away in Shtip, Gostivar got defeated at home by Goblen, Pelister continues to lose, Vardar (N) and Korabi eventually won, wins for Kozhuf, Plachkovica, Vlazrimi 77 and Struga as well.

The derby of this round between promotion rivals and so far perfect teams Bregalnica and Borec took place under floodlights in Shtip. The Veles visitors took an early lead through Gjorgjiev after just 7 minutes of play, while some twenty minutes later Hristov from the spot doubled the lead. The two goals negative proved to be a mountain to climb for the hosts and eventually Borec clinched valuable three points in the battle for the top.
Negotino based Vardar finally recorded the first win. And they did it with style. Visiting Detonit had the lead on two occasions and seemed that they would take the points when just six minutes into the second half Vardar was left with ten men. However, they managed to celebrated a come from behind win.
Kozhuf took over the third place with a two goals win over Partizan. The home team scored one goal in each half to claim the points. Newly promoted Kit-Go welcomed Tikvesh in a match that ended with both sides scoring one goal a piece and therefore shared the points. Plachkovica defeated Sasa with a come from behind win after first complicating things with a own goal.

Korabi celebrated its first win this season thanks to a lone goal victory over Skopje. Vlazrimi 77 had no problems with Teteks and won with a brace by Redjepi scored before the break.
