The second half-season in the second league started with wins for promotion candidates Belasica, Bregalnica and Tikvesh of the East and Pelister, Skopje and Labunishta of the West.

Due to the recommendations of the Government of Republic of Macedonia, FFM asked all clubs to close their stadiums and play in front of empty stands as precaution for the coronavirus. Therefore, all matches in both groups were played without spectators.
Leaders Belasica opend the second half-season with a win at Osogovo, but second-placed Bregalnica also picked up three points with a lone goal win over Kit-Go. Tikvesh had furious second half in which smashed Sasa to tie Kit-Go at the third place.
Kozhuf had the lead away to Plachkovica, but keeper Nikov first committed a penalty near the end, got a red card and the hosts equalized from the spot.
Pitu Guli was denied a win and also to break the winless run of 14 rounds. They were leading 2:1 against Pobeda but the visitors equalized deep into the stoppage time.

Leaders Pelister had no problems in their home match against relegation struggling Korabi. But, runner-up Skopje also won and against direct promotion rivals Vlazrimi 77.
Vardari recorded an important win over Drita in the battle for avoiding relegation, while it was interesting in Skopje where bottom-placed Kadino denied Gostivar an win and later stayed with 9 men.
Thriller match was played in Struga where Labunishta hosted Ohrid. The hosts took on early lead, Ohrid equalized and in the second half just three minutes after receiving a red card they took the lead. Labunishta managed to equalized in the 90th minute and later add a winner in the stoppage time.
