Shkupi gave Shkendija the 4th defeat, Vardar beat Akademija Pandev in the battle for the top, Makedonija GjP and Renova celebrated to share the third place, important win for Sileks over Rabotnichki.

Shkupi with new coach Kjatip Osmani gave holders Shkendija their fourth seasonal defeat. Osmani is too familiar with the Shkendija players as he coached that team few seasons and got sacked earlier this month so it is not a surprise that his new team collected the points. A brace by Croat striker Jurina sent the home fans jubilant.

The battle bеtween the top two teams was decided from the spot. Five minutes before the break Jovanov fouled Juninho in the box and Avramovski successfully converted the penalty. So, now Vardar extended the lead over Akademija Pandev to four points. This was the first defeat this season for Pandev’s lads, while Vardar is on fire with six wins in a row.

The Lions took the points away to Struga thanks to veteran player Bozhinovski who scored a brace. Makedonija GjP now climbed to the third place.

Sileks recorded an important win over direct relegation rivals Rabotnichki to get out of the danger zone. The goal scored by Serbian international Zheravica halfway through the first half happened to be decisive.

Borec continues the awful form on the road with their fourth defeat in four matches. They got close to stay undefeated this time after equalizing seven minutes from time from the spot, but just four minutes later Renova scored a winner from the spot as well.
