Vardar is the new leader after Akademija Pandev failed to beat Shkupi at home, third consecutive win for Shkendija, Makedonija GjP with a second straight defeat after falling to Renova.

With new coach Kjatip Osmani the team of Shkupi managed to hold Akademija Pandev to a goalless draw making them to lose the top.

Vardar easier than expected collected the points against Sileks. The visitors from Kratovo were smashed in the first 45 minutes when the hosts found the back of the net on three occasions. After the break there was no change.

Holders Shkendija eventually got back on track. They defeated Struga with goals scored by Marjan Radeski and Besart Ibraimi, two players that were out of form these period due to the long injuries. Third win in a row for the Tetovo based team.

Renova gave the Lions their second straight defeat as on Wednesday in the midweek round they fall to Rabotnichki. Five minutes after the break their former player Ilirid Ademi scored the winning goal.

In the lone match scheduled for Saturday, Borec and Rabotnichki shared the points with each team scoring once in the opening half. A result that doesn’t suit any of these two in the battle for avoiding relegation. Anyway, with road point for Rabotnichki.
